Eric J. O'Brien

 

Eric graduated from the University of Georgia in 2007, earning degrees in both finance and economics.  He later graduated from Georgia State University College of Law and has been practicing law since 2017.  Eric’s practice area focuses on general and complex litigation, with a particular emphasis on local government law, civil rights litigation, and claims arising under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.  He also has extensive experience in litigating a wide variety of areas including: general liability, municipal liability, employment/workers’ compensation claims, transportation claims, property liability, and school/education law. Eric routinely obtains positive results for his clients, including prevailing on dispositive motions. He understands the needs of his clients and excels at finding cost effective and innovative ways to resolve the complex problems they present to him. 

 

Eric and his wife, Jennifer, have two children and live in Brookhaven, Georgia.
